If I remember correctly he admitted on Jay Leno's Tonight Show that the last 2" was a prosthetic for that and several other scenes in the Boogie Nights, but I've never seen it so I'll leave that debate to those that have.

Laver would probably best as he is the keenest on checking out other mens junk.
