I've seen the alert for a paladin, an undead mage, Naard as warrior/NE, and at least one other class.

For Professions saw the server first skinner 3-4 hours after the release.

yep but this person was the very first lvl 80 on the server, or that's how I'm reading that 3rd line. Everyone else got to 80 after this person for their class types and races.
