This is for Matt, i was stating in raid the other night that there's a debate going on whether or not parry hasting was removed from game. This post is confirmation on certain mobs, vast majority STILL HAVE IT. Certain mobs (i.e. patchwerk) do NOT have a parry haste mechanic due to the nature of the fight. Keep this in mind and watch for bosses that dont, i'd like to see who doesnt have it.

well at least the parry mechanic still works for DK's on those bosses. also more justification that dodge still has better item value than expertise, i cant remember who i was argueing with but, who ever it was s my d.
