Release Date Confirmed for World of Warcraft 2.3 Patch

Every World of Warcraft player knows that there are some patches that have a major impact on the game as a whole. The upcoming patch, 2.3, is one whose release has been widely anticipated. Over at the WoW Forums, Blizzard poster Drysc today confirmed in a post discussing the upcoming Arena Season 3 that the 2.3 patch is set to be released this Tuesday, November 13. An excerpt from this post is below:

The start date for Season 3 is purposefully planned to be one week later than the release of patch 2.3, which is currently scheduled for November 13. We will be closely monitoring the testing of the 2.3 patch, and if it looks like it won’t make the November 13 date, we will announce a delay.
